The dashboard has also been redesigned. Now entirely digital, it measures 12.3 inches and notably displays a map linked to the navigation system. The new generation ProPilot with Navi-Link gives the driver greater peace of mind, as the system approaches autonomous driving. By assisting the driver in acceleration, braking and steering control, the system ensures greater safety.
Various sensors interact with ProPilot, such as road sign recognition, blind spot sensors and moving object detection. The system also helps to improve lane keeping. In other words, this advanced functionality also helps you avoid the worst by preventing collisions.
On the powertrain side, the gasoline version remains the same 2.0 L 4-cylinder engine, but a light hybrid and an e-Power hybrid are already planned. Note that the Qashqai can be either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, as desired, and offers excellent fuel economy (9.2 L/100 km combined) even with gasoline.
